- Firearms — Once a firearm purchase has been completed, the sale is final and cannot be cancelled or returned.

- Powder
- Special-order items
- Sale and clearance items
- Clothing
- Gas masks and filters
- Pre-owned firearms
- Price-matched or otherwise discounted items
- Items purchased using Sezzle
- Insurance fees
- Firearm safety courses — fully non-refundable in the event of a no-show
39-Day Return Policy
For eligible merchandise not listed as final sale above, Target Range offers a 39-day return policy, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and returned in the same condition in which it was received.
- The item must include all original packaging, documentation, accessories, and components.
- All original packaging and included materials must be returned undamaged.
How to Return an Eligible Item
To return an eligible item within the 39-day return period, you may:
Return In Store
Bring the item to our store within the applicable 39-day period. Once the item has been inspected and approved, we will process the applicable refund or exchange.
Return by Mail
You may also mail the eligible item back to us. Your refund or exchange will be processed after the package has been received and inspected at our facility.
For mailed returns:
- Please contact us by email with your tracking information after shipping the package.
- The item must be shipped within 39 days of the original purchase.
- Customers are responsible for retaining their shipping and tracking information until the return has been completed.
Restocking Fees
Returned merchandise that does not meet the requirements of this policy may be subject to a restocking fee, at Target Range’s discretion. Items that are not eligible for return may be refused.
Manufacturer Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, merchandise is covered by the applicable manufacturer’s or importer’s warranty.
If you experience a problem with a product purchased from Target Range, please contact us. We will assist you in determining the appropriate next steps and, where applicable, help facilitate a warranty claim.
